Üritus toimub 15 Aprillil koos NY Kultuuri Päevadega. Kultuuri Päevad algavad Reede ja lõppevad Pühapäeval. Kava praegu selgub aga laupäeva
õhtul toimub meil suurüritus sel aastal, meie Ball. Sama grupp organiseeris 2018 NYC EV Gala mis pühitses 100 aastat eesti vabadusest, ja meil tuli kokku üle 400 külalist.
Ball on kõikidele, ja me eriti tahaks et meie noorem generatsioon (15+), mõned kes pole enne ballil käinud, saavad võimaluse Eesti Balli traditsiooni näha.
Kõik pileti ja hotelli info on meie kodulehel www.estonianculture.org, ja piletihinnad lähevad veebruari lõpul ülesse.
Meil on kaks esinejad Eestist (Stefan ja Alika Milova) ja tantsu orkester Torontost. Toimub ka tantsuvõistlus (valss ja tuljak), ja eesti pärased tantsud nagu ballil ikka. Need kes jõuavad saavad järel peole minna peale balli Eesti Majas. Hiiumaast tuleb pop up restaurant kes teeb magustoite ballil ja brunch järgmine päev Eesti Majas.
Pööriöö Ball will be held in New York on April 15, 2023

This year’s ball will take place in New York on April 15, 2023, in conjunction with the New York Estonian Culture Days. The New York Culture Days will start on Friday, April 14, and end on Sunday, April 16, 2023. The schedule is still evolving, but the big event this year will be the Ball on Saturday evening. Please see the attached graphic for more specific information. The same group organized the EV 100 Gala in 2018, attracting more than 400 guests.
The Ball is for everyone, and we would especially like our younger generation (age 15+), some of who have never experienced a Ball before, to get the chance to experience the tradition of an Estonian Ball.

Two performers from Estonia (Alika Milova and Stefan) and a dance orchestra from Toronto. There will also be a dance competition (waltz and Tuljak), as well as other traditional Estonian ballroom dances.
For those with the energy, there will be an after-party at the New York Estonian House following the ball. A Pop-up restaurant is coming from Hiiumaa that will prepare the ball’s desserts and a brunch for Sunday at the Estonian House.
