Read about the repeal of the Constitution in full here, in a nutshell:
The Speaker of the Riigikogu, Lauri Hussar (Estonia 200), did not agree to put on the agenda at the opening session of today’s autumn session 17 overdue interpellations, which EKRE had submitted and which are awaiting a response. By doing so, Hussar violates the Constitution.
The opening of the session was followed by the approval of the agenda, and Prime Minister Kaja Kallas should have responded to the interpellations of the members of the Riigikogu. Martin Helme, chairman of EKRE, said their group expects to respond to 17 interpellations, to which the deadline for replying will be reached this week.
However, the Speaker of the Riigikogu decided not to include interpellations on the agenda.
